Alice Benjamin, MSN, ACNS-BC, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and clinical nurse specialist with more than 25 years of experience specializing in critical care, emergency medicine, critical care transport, and cardiovascular health. A seasoned educator, she has served as a nursing faculty member, a hospital-based clinical educator, and a mentor across academic institutions, healthcare systems, and professional organizations, advancing nurses at every stage of their practice.

Throughout her career, Alice has held multiple leadership roles within the nursing profession. She currently serves on the ANA\California Foundation Board of Trustees and the California Board of Registered Nursing’s Nursing Education & Workforce Advisory Committee (NEWAC), contributing to statewide efforts focused on strengthening nursing education, workforce development, and practice standards.

A nationally recognized medical correspondent and trusted media authority, Alice has appeared on major networks including NBC, FOX, CNN, HLN, NewsNation, TVOne, and BBC, as well as programs such as The Doctors, The Dr. Oz Show, and Good Morning America.
